We collect only what we need to mail a letter and arrange payment.
When you request a subscription we ask for the parent’s name, email, phone, mailing address, the child’s name and age, which line and tier you want, and how you’d like to pay. Correspondence letters from a child may arrive by post or as a photo sent by email.
We use that information to print and mail the letters, to email you an Interac e-Transfer request, a PayPal link, or a Stripe payment link, and to write back when you’ve chosen Correspondence. We do not sell it. We do not use it for ads.
Card payments, if you choose Stripe, are handled by Stripe — we never see the full card number. PayPal payments are arranged with a PayPal link after we confirm. Interac e-Transfer is arranged by email after we confirm your request.
